What is my function?

Excel as a dynamic team player, always ready to assist and eager to learn.

Support accounts payable and receivable processing and reconciliation.

Collaborate closely with Head of Accounting, and colleagues for seamless closings.

Precisely reconcile balance sheets monthly.

Handle routine and ad hoc bank reconciliations skillfully.

Collaboration in the preparation of correct annual financial statements

Work with Senior Accountant on daily ledger entries

Ensure smooth intercompany balance reconciliation

Aid in analyzing financials and shaping forecasts (EPC only).

Support internal and external audits effectively

What do I need to be successful?

Start this adventure with ideally 1-2 years of experience in accounting in a commercial apprenticeship or later.

Support the treasury & Cash flow process

First experience in an international organisation is welcome

Confidence in using MS Office, Abacus of advantage

Knowledge of Swiss VAT and experience in the commodity trading sector, consider that a bonus but not a pre-requisite
