As the Manager Supply Planning, based in Lausanne, Switzerland, you will manage the downstream Supply Planning process, and ensure the deployment of the process standards and FGs Inventory management for Electronics in ran in a sustainable and efficient way, in accordance with defined planning cycles, while ensuring financial targets (cash, cost) and services levels are all met and continuous improvement initiatives exceeded.

Your ‹day to day’:

  • Leads preparation and approval of mid-term shipment plan on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain partnerships with key stakeholders such as Category Planning team, Ops. Customer Service, Procurement and Electronics Planning teams, Finance and manages structured loss elimination / continuous improvement with these relevant business service providers.
  • Leads risk identification and development of supply scenarios to mitigate potential risks (SSM – Special Situation Management)
  • Ensures supply planning processes alignment to Global PMI IBP process.
  • Manage organization and people capabilities, develop and coach talents for further growth in the organization.
  • Ensure Tolling compliance principles are clear to all relevant business partners and file properly all relevant information.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering is preferable
  • Processes: Demonstrated proficiency in supply, capacity & inventory planning.
  • Systems: Supply Chain Planning Software (ideally E2OPEN), SAP, SAP APO and/or other relevant end to end planning solutions and optimizers
  • 8 years+ demonstrated experience in supply planning & inventory management, ideally in electronics and S&OP.
  • Experience in FMCG is an asset.
  • Good understanding of fundamentals in demand and fulfillment planning processes.
  • Ideally product knowledge of relevant product categories.
  • Background in electronic Supply Chain is an asset.
  • 2y+ experience in people management.
  • Track record as team player connecting well with direct reports, peers and other key stakeholders outside of team
