Job Description

The LGT Capital Partners’ Human Resources team at the headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ is looking for an experienced, dedicated and motivated Talent Development Assistant to provide high-quality HR services to business stakeholders, management and staff members. The role includes the following tasks:

Comprehensive administrative support to the Talent Development team;

Support organization of learning and development programs with external partners (Business School, external consultants, etc….) ;

Manage administration related to the learning and development activity including seminars and workshops organization liaising with hotel and participants;

Participate in the coordination and monitoring of learning and development activities with the team, including internal communications and course scheduling;

Participate in Sharepoint administration, including news updating and posting in coordination with Talent Development team;

Data entry and data maintenance in HR tools related to Talent Development activities;

Create and analyze reports and presentation related to talent and performance management or learning and development;

Back-up for HR Administration for HR Team when required;

Participate in HR projects and promote general HR initiatives in close cooperation with wider HR team.

Requirements

Commercial apprenticeship (KV), high school diploma or bachelor’s degree;

Further education or certification in HR administration is an advantage;

Relevant working experience in a similar function in an international environment, ideally within the financial industry;

Strong working knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Workday is a plus;

Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken;

Pleasant and well-balanced team player;

Personality who enjoys representing administrative HR tasks and with a strong service orientation;

Trustworthy and self-dependent personality with an accurate and diligent working style.
