Your mission
Content Development & Execution: Create and deliver compelling social media content with a strong commercial focus.
Storytelling: Craft stories that connect with regional and local audiences, enhancing brand perception and customer engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Omnichannel Paid Media team, as well as stores, brand teams, and CRM to ensure social media content is effective and aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Metric Tracking & Analysis: Monitor social media performance, focusing on reach, engagement, and traffic as primary KPIs. Use insights to refine and improve content strategies.
Customer Engagement & Value Enhancement: Create social media initiatives that enhance customer value, driving deeper engagement and increasing spending through personalized and targeted content.
Innovation and Collaboration: Drive innovation by working with Omnichannel, eCommerce, and Marketing departments to introduce new approaches to social media engagement that align with commercial metrics.
Your profile
Two years of relevant professional experience in the field of social media, digital marketing, CRM or a comparable professional field
Teamwork skills, ability to work independently and results-oriented, and willingness to work hard
Two eyes for detail and a strong sense for engaging brand and product visuals
Analytical thinking and expertise with relevant Social Media and marketing tools
