For our client, the company F. Hoffmann La Roche, based in Basel,
we are looking for an OCM Lead (m/f/d).

Background

As the OCM Lead you will play a critical role in transforming the way we create and author content to enable lean and efficient digital workflows in support of our PT goals and vision. In close collaboration with the business we deliver self-served solutions that bridge data to content, enabling data driven processes and automation in alignment with FAIR principles.

Your main responsibilities will be to lead the overarching IA change strategy to position IA as a global tool and sustain a proficient use of IA, partner and coordinate with OCM functional leads to drive the mindset shift needed and to ensure a consistent, positive and valuable user experience across functions. To achieve that, you will work closely with the program’s core team and stakeholders from different functional areas across PT.

The ideal candidate is a person with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical architects, SMEs, and business leaders to achieve project objectives. Additionally we are looking for a creative personality and who is thinking outside the box.

Tasks

Develop and execute change management strategies and actionable plans to support the successful adoption of the Intelligent Authoring Program across the organization
Partner with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize the most critical changes required to support the Intelligent Authoring Program, and develop plans to address these changes
Partner and coordinate with functional OCM Leads to enable and support leaders (executive and managers) to be active and visible, champion Intelligent Authoring and lead their teams/functions through the transition to the new ways of working
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and other educational materials to support the successful adoption of the Intelligent Authoring Program
Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to ensure that all key stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process
Monitor and measure the success of change management initiatives, and report progress to leadership and other key stakeholders
Provide ongoing coaching and support to managers and other leaders to ensure they are equipped to lead their teams through the change process
Work closely with the project team and functional OCM leads to ensure that the Intelligent Authoring Program is rolled out in a way that minimizes disruption to business operations and maximizes adoption
Identify and mitigate risks related to change management and organizational development, and incorporate these practices into the overall change management strategy as appropriate
Requirements

Demonstrated 8+ years experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale technology implementations or transformations, preferably within a global or complex organizational Environment (*****)
Strong understanding of organizational change management methodologies, tools, and techniques, as well as their practical application in complex environments (OCM certification strongly preferred)
Experience in stakeholder engagement, including developing and executing engagement plans, conducting stakeholder assessments, and facilitating workshops and other engagement activities (*****)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers, technical architects, SMEs, and business leaders, to achieve project objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex organizational challenges and develop effective strategies to address them (*****)
Experience in designing and delivering training and education programs to support change management initiatives, including creating training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs (*****)
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others to achieve project goals and objectives
Experience in change management within the technology sector and a solid understanding of how emerging technologies are changing the business environment
Work hours

Standard 40 hours/ Week
Remote/Home Office: 60% onsite
Travel: possible, max 10%
