Position Summary

As a Lifecycle and Loyalty Trainee, you will be supporting the Lifecycle & Loyalty team in designing and implementing relevant activities according to market key strategic initiatives defined in the five-year strategy plan.

A day in the life of…

Retention activities and ongoing lifecycle programs

• Participate in the development of lifecycle programs (welcome, engage, grow, reward, retain, re-engage) increasing the effectivity of the engagement strategy and improving long-term relationship with consumers

  • Support the 360° lifecycle project by creating operational planning, creating/adapting content and communication assets, aligning with involved cross-functional teams and managing the related deliveries
  • Collaborate with the creative agencies for the creation and adaptation of content and assets
  • Support continuous improvement of existing programs through performance analysis in close relation with the CRM team

Engagement programs (Loyalty Scheme / Subscription)

• Support the strategy and manage ongoing improvements of “Nespresso & You” Loyalty program

  • Collaborate with the creative agencies for the adaptation of communication assets
  • Operational support on the development of subscription programs
  • Lead and execute the dedicated activations of subscription programs
  • Adapt and create content and communication assets, aligning with cross-functional teams involved
  • Management of Rewards program
  • Budget and stock follow-up

What will make you successful

• Fluent in English, French and/or German/Swiss German an asset

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
  • Proactive with a high level of initiative
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
  • Sense of aesthetic to set up the material in line with brand positioning
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Project management experience desirable
