Job Description

As a consultant at Randstad, your job consists of three main parts. In this way, you are engaged in acquiring and retaining clients, including the recruitment and placement of candidates and a part of associated administrative work.

You ask yourself, what exactly does that mean? We will explain it to you in more detail.

You will be part of a smart and challenge Team in Lugano.

Businesses: knowing the local business market inside out

  • You are always looking for interesting companies to work with. On the Internet, in your own network or over the phone.

  • The local business market is a big playground for you. You are a winner and do not stop before you have the deal.

  • If you have won the customer, you look after the account and follow new and current job offers.

  • You do that by analyzing the needs of the client, convincing them of your chosen candidates, and keeping track of your progress.

Candidates: search, interview and suggest

  • You have a nose for finding the best candidates in our own database and job sites.

  • You choose the most suitable candidates based on interviews, tests and references.

  • Then you introduce them to the customer. Et voila, you have a match! Your goal of the day has been reached!

Administration: everything that has to do with your candidate and corporate management.

  • Keep up with candidate and company files, create advertisements, manage contract offers, put jobs online.



What do you need to succeed in this job?

  • You are a winning and open personality with very good communication skills and the feeling for commercial activities

  • You are open to new ideas, set ambitious goals for yourself and persistently pursue them if necessary

  • An out-of-the-box thinking, independent approach, enthusiasm and flexibility as well as endurance complete your profile

  • You are an organizational talent and good at networking

  • A high quality and service orientation are self-evident for you

  • You are in possession of a driving license

  • You have a good network on territory

  • Excellent speech in Italian

  • English, good knowledge

  • German or French will be an advantage

work experience

  • At least 3/5 years of work of experience in permanent placement business

  • Knowledge of Ticino area will be important but we are open to people that wants to discover the territory
