Position Summary

As a HR Business Partner Operations , you will ensure HR co-piloting of Operations (Manufacturing & Supply Chain) and coordinate apprenticeship program for the company.

A Day in the Life of a HR Business Partner Operations

  • Define & Execute HR Strategy
    • Drive the creation, execution & alignment of the People Strategies & Plans; Coordinate and execute workforce planning for Operations
  • Organizational Design, Development & Sourcing
    • Proactively challenge the established Operations organizational structure to drive superior performance; lead smooth organizational transition; Shape the culture to align with Nestlé goals & initiatives, through supporting & coaching line managers; ensure sourcing of right people
  • Sourcing
    • Ensure operational efficiency of the Recruitment process; Select appropriate candidates to be evaluated by the Line Manager and ensure objectivity of the process; Coordinate & Conduct behavioral interviews; Coordinate final selection & offer to candidate; Ensure establishment of working contracts & People on the move announcements
  • Employee Engagement
    • Maintain effective ‹win-win› working relationships with employees and their representatives; Promote a culture that is productive, open, empowering, safe and equitable. Coach Line Managers to behave and make decisions in line with Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles and Nestlé Corporate Business Principles
  • Upskilling competencies
    • Participate in the definition of the right skills and competencies for the present and the future. Participate in the creation and realization of upskilling programs.
  • Apprenticeship & Trainees
    • Define the overall strategy in apprentices and ensure the training standard
    • Define training programs for commercial apprentices and follow-up on their progress

What will make you successful

  • University degree (Social science, psychology, commercial, law or pedagogic)
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a HR competence center
  • Good knowledge of general HR processes, with emphasis on workforce planning, talent development, organizational design and compensations
  • Clear understanding of Nestlé Corporate Principles, Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles, Business Code of Conduct
  • Good knowledge of internal/external networking channels
  • Languages: French, German, English
