The international family office Wille Finance AG is based in Switzerland with offices in Zurich and Zug. Investments are made in three main asset classes: Real Estate, Listed Assets and Private Equity. We are a dynamic, growing international team with opportunities for talents looking for a new HR/Accounting Assistant with affinity in Legal.

The HR/Accounting Assistant will work directly with the Chief Accountant, Head of HR, and Head of Legal & Compliance to maintain and enhance the organization’s HR, accounting, and Legal & Compliance functions by assisting the managers in the daily needs of our company.



  • Manage payments
  • Assist the Chief Accountant with various accounting and tax related tasks.


  • Administer the employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, social security, interface with the company’s social partners, payroll, occupational health, employee’s benefits) incl. employee’s records maintenance, absence management
  • Prepare payroll inputs and validate payroll output in collaboration with the Accounting department
  • Participate and support in HR-related projects
  • Provide support to the Head of HR


  • Provide secretarial, administrative, and paralegal support to the Head of Legal & Compliance
  • Draft and format general correspondence and legal documents in English and German
  • Ensure opening, creation, updating, follow-up, filing and archiving of digital and physical legal files
  • Provide support in documentation collection


  • Swiss/EU passports or valid Swiss work permit
  • 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable and payroll processing
  • Federal Certificate of Competence for Commercial Employees, additional certificate in Accounting, HR or Legal is a plus
  • Tax and accounting affinity
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized and able to work independently and accurately under general supervision
  • IT skills: MS Office, experience with Sage accounting and payroll programs is a great asset
  • Ability to maintain employer and employee confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Flexible, team player, hands-on, pro-active, dynamic
  • Willingness to engage in a broad range of activities and stakeholders to support organizational and team requirements
  • Down to earth-mentality and great interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and German
