Are you experienced on SAP / Success Factor with good project management skills? Do you want to work in HR within the finance ecosystem in Geneva ?

For one of our clients based in Geneva, a leading Private Bank, we are looking for a SAP HR (PA OM) / Success Factors Consultant.
Your missions :
- Providing general administration on a wide range of global on-premise and cloud-based HR information systems.
- Delivering first-level support and training for system functionalities, data flows and HR-process best practices.
Your profile:
- 2–3 years of experience
- Must have:
- Knowledge of SAP HR applications (PA, OM), testing, use of reporting tools.
- Knowledge of accesses and role permissions in SAP and SF
- Knowledge of SF Recruitment and SF reporting
- General administration of SAP and SF
- Nice to have:
- Qualtrics
- Success Factors modules of : performance, LMS, succession,
- JIRA
- Data loads
Languages :
- English: fluent at least C1 (mandatory)
- French : nice to have
Start date : ASAP
80 % fully on site (full time also possible)
MUST BE RESIDENT IN SWITZERLAND
