For a well-known client company in the real-estate and construction sector, we are looking for a Facility Manager with excellent knowledge of Italian and English Language.


  • Facility Management for all buildings in Switzerland

  • Operational work for the routine maintenance and inventory management

  • Weekly inspection of flats and consultation with operations department in case of any problems with our clients› check-in / check-out, as well as helping to improve clients› stay

  • Monitoring and improving the efficiency of all technical installations and managing maintenance contracts and third parties

  • Management and prevention in case of failure of a technical installation

  • Piquet service in case of emergencies; be reachable 24/7 in case of emergency and coordination of the technical team on site (also remotely).

  • Be the first contact in case of need for the technician on site.

  • Regular inspection of all operational buildings and flats (monthly base), drawing up protocols and organizing interventions where necessary.

  • Good evaluation of situations and take decision about the nature of the intervention needed (for example, if the technician on site can fix the problem or if it’s more appropriate to contact an external firm).

  • Set up maintenance contracts for each building before the handover.

  • Set up a contact list for each building, to be used in case of technical problems.

  • Forecasting (budget) of expenses and investments, and optimization of the expenses.

  • Active participation in the opening of new buildings, especially the technical handover of buildings and physical keys as well as leading remedy of defects after hand-over.

  • Supervision, coordination and support of all third-party technicians working for the group.

  • Guarantee high quality intervention in order to fix technical problems as fast as possible; if needed, follow up the companies to push interventions.

  • Actively be involved in the purchase process for new buildings and ongoing buildings: furniture, inventory, appliances, accessories for the building (ash tray, signs in the building, etc.)

  • In case of damages in the apartment, coordinate the process with the insurance


General Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the role

  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages

  • Available for business trip

  • Team player but also able to work independently.

  • Stress resistant & quick in execution

  • Open-minded & pro-active attitude

  • Positiveness & willingness to pursue excellence.

  • Responsibility & reliability.
