Your role

Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Do you want to be part of a high performing team?

We are looking for someone like that to:

  • support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
  • be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, etc.
  • assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
  • support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
  • collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

Your team

You will be part of the Africa & Turkey team in Zurich. As Client Account Manager you’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

  • financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
  • solid comprehension of financial products and solutions like deposit, banking, brokerage, custody, investment and credit products
  • effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
  • able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
  • sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
  • superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
  • confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • excellent skills in English (oral and written), further languages are an asset
