Your mission

Manage administrative tasks such as purchase orders, sample coordination, and data entry.
Support the buying team with supplier communication, meeting organization, and tracking shipments.
Assist in reporting on product performance, inventory levels, and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that all products are launched on time and in alignment with marketing and sales strategies.

Your profile

Highly organized with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
Experience with Excel or other data management tools is a plus.
Organization: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and handle details effectively.
Proactivity: Initiative in identifying issues and suggesting solutions.
Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, willing to support the buying team.
